How It Works
A straightforward process designed to remove every obstacle between you and a great hire.
Complete a short brief describing the role, required skills, and working style. We handle everything from there. A refundable £250 search deposit starts the process.
We search our network of Chinese graduates, assess their portfolios or skills, conduct video screening calls, and test their English. You only see candidates who pass our bar.
We present three pre-vetted candidates. You interview them, we facilitate the conversation, and we're available to interpret if needed.
You pay the candidate directly — no ongoing fees to us. Our one-time placement fee of 20% of first-year salary is only due when your chosen candidate starts. The £250 deposit is deducted from this.

We designed this to remove every reason to hesitate. If it doesn't work out, you don't pay.
If we don't find a candidate you want to hire, you pay nothing. The £250 search deposit is fully refunded.
If a placement doesn't work out within 90 days, we find you a replacement at no additional charge.
